I saw more stars in the sky this weekend than I ever have in my life.  It was humbling and amazing.  My birthday [19^th] will be on the first day of my bonding experience out in the village, but they might not even know what to do.  No one has a birthday here.  No one keeps track of the day they were born really – not out in the bush.
